Interactive, Informative & Impactful Keynotes

Bringing her creative flare to the stage, Cheryl-Ann delivers empowering, thought-provoking presentations, set in a foundation of useful tools for personal and professional growth:

“To me, art and speaking are one in the same: they are creative expressions conveying an important message. I don’t speak from the podium – I use the room as my stage, the screen as my canvas, and the activities as my paint. The longer your agenda, the more interactive my sessions become. My presentations are focused on validating current realities, promoting self-care and team-care, and exploring future possibilities. My process encourages self-reflection, opens a door to dialogue, and allows for individual and collective ‘ah-ha’ moments.”

Please note: From a main stage keynote, to a 3-day workshop or ARTshop, all presentations are designed and crafted to the client’s agenda and the needs of the audience.

Keynote Topics

Celebrating Beautiful YOU! - Celebrating Reality, Empowering Change

Adapted to suit the audience.

An inspiring and empowering presentation filled with stories of survival, determination, and courage. The stories and sculptures chosen for each presentation will be determined by the nature of the event and the demographics of the audience. Depending on the agenda and budget for the event, 60-120 of the sculptures can be exhibited during the conference, or high resolution slides of the sculptures can be shown as part of the keynote or workshop.

“The event was an overwhelming success. The young, old, male and female all expressed their enthusiasm for not only the artistic creativity but also for the learning/teaching opportunities which took place during and after viewing the art”.

Shattering the New Glass Ceiling - it’s now Reflective!

Suitable for professional women.

Coined in the mid 80’s, the Glass Ceiling concept described the unwritten restrictions women experienced in advancing their careers to the same level as their male colleagues. Times have changed – now the most destructive force holding us back is in our own hands. See for yourself how body image is shaping you, your life and your career, then shatter this new glass ceiling and reach new heights!

“Cheryl-Ann highlighted the myriad of messages society sends about physical appearance and how this information influences women’s self-worth, goals and aspirations.” “Providing a healthy perspective on body image which to date doesn’t come from any other source”

hARTbeat – how ART saved my life

Suitable for an adult audience.

From the streets to the studio, and then to the stage, hARTbeat is a story of transformation – an inspiring presentation about courage and hope entwined with transformational and applicable life lessons.

hARTbeat is a keynote presentation that can be adapted to a 45 min, or 90 min agenda. The longer agenda includes more audience participation in the form of self-reflection and simple ‘cringe free’ activities.

hARTbeat works well as an opening keynote, along with an ARTshop, where smaller groups can explore and express who and what creates their life.

The ART to Public speaking -Speak & be Heard

Adapted for teams, companies and groups of clients

The ART of getting and keeping attention, while gaining support for your message!

This keynote is designed for people who have to present information to their team, company or group of clients. It can also be for those who need to gain support, or share the mission of their church or community organization.

As a keynote, the emphasis will be on the importance of knowing your audience, knowing your message, and knowing your style, as well as an exploration of the crucial Do’s and Don’ts, on and off the stage.

Cheryl-Ann used research and empirical data related to her Beautiful Women Project to raise questions about how the focus on physical appearance affects women’s goals and aspirations and she suggested ways to mitigate the impact of this bombardment.

Be the Art or the Artist - Recognition of Potential and Control of one’s Life

Suitable for a general audience.

We are all influenced and shaped by our experiences and encounters.

Our lives come to resemble a beautiful painting- many layers, textures and colours are shared. However, in the creation of the life painting, who held the brush? Who sketched the design? Are you the beautiful artwork, or are you the artist creating your life painting?

This ARTshop positively explores who and what has influenced us, and whose expectations we are striving to reach – no matter who held the brush in your painting, you will see how to take control and add new layers, colours and textures to the picture.

Creatively discover the 6 key factors for taking control of your life, and living it by your design.
